Charmi’s career is very curious.

The cute Punjabi lass grew from a mere glam doll to a performing artiste all through last year.

In fact, 2005 would go down as her annus mirabilis (best year). Her performance in films like Chakram, Anuokkunda Roju was really top.

But somehow, the actress did not go on to build on that advantage. This year it has been pretty lukewarm though she managed to steal the thunder in Pournami with a memorable show.

And now she has Chinnodu with Sumanth.

Charmi cannot stop raving about Sumanth role and his innate niceness in real life.

But those who were present at the press conference of Chinnodu could not stop raving about Charmi.

The young girl looked, in one word, ravishing.

Well, the secret was out quickly. The oomph girl had lost several pounds of her boy weight and was looking fit as a fiddle. She said, she had gone slow this year due to an accident and was out of action for some time.

Now that she is back, Charmi hopes to make her films count.

In Chinnodu she has a lively role. She was also happy to act with Sumanth after Gowri.
